We provide a range of financing options, spanning from 90% to 100% of the necessary amount. The loan program is designed to offer flexibility, enabling the borrower to utilize the funds for a range of purposes. Our loan application procedure has no impact on the borrower's credit score, and prompt repayments can potentially improve the borrower's credit score, thus enhancing their creditworthiness.
Loan Policies:
- How to Apply for a Loan: Any individual interested in obtaining a loan must submit a formal request using the loan application form provided by us. The approval or rejection of the application will typically be communicated within 2 days. If approved, an official approval letter will be issued, and the applicant will be expected to sign it. If denied, an explanation will be provided in writing.
- Basis for Loan Approval: Typically, a loan application that meets the criteria outlined in these terms will be approved. However, we may consider any reasonable factors deemed relevant. Applicants who have defaulted on a previous loan or had a loan classified as a deemed distribution due to late repayment will be ineligible for a new loan.
- Confidentiality of Client Data: Clients are guaranteed confidentiality of their data, which will only be used for the purpose of the loan and not transferred to any third party.
- Right to Ask for Updates: Clients have the right to request updates about the repayment amount. Lenders have the right to request updates for any application exceeding a month.
